Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. All domestic shipments weighing 13 ounces or less will be shipped via USPS. Please allow extra shipping time for out of stock items.

Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories. Business days no not include weekends and holidays. A surcharge will be added for all oversized or overweight packages, and a shipping & handling fee of $3.95 will be added to all shipments. Only orders shipped within the state of Texas will be required to pay a state sales tax of 8.125%. Also, the free shipping offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, and the oversize fee still applies to all shipments.

We primarily ship by FedEx, UPS, or USPS within the 48 continental states and US Postal Service Priority Mail for Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories. All orders are processed within 48 hours & shipped the next business day. Shipping dates valid for in-stock items only. Use the map below to determine the shipping times.
All International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority & Insured, but the customer is responsible for this cost. All International orders will be held pending approval of shipping cost. This cost is amazingly affordable. The Fishing Guy must declare the actual cost of merchandise on customs orders. Shipping time usually takes 7 - 14 days. Shipping Dates valid for in-stock items only.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in it's original condition. If the item is damaged or was shipped incorrectly you will receive a full refund. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our refund center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one that you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you via email of your refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for al1 shipping costs, unless the return was a result of shipping damage, or processing error. Please Note: You must request and receive a Return Authorization prior to returning any item. Any items returned to The Fishing Guy without a prior Return Authorization will not be processed.
To request a Return Authorization, send an email to returns@thefishinguy71.com Please include your original invoice number,
the product number, your mailing address, and the reason for the return. Once your request has been processed by our return center, you will receive a Return
Authorization slip. Please indicate if you would like the return slip mailed or e-mailed to you. Enclose the slip in the shipping carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address listed on your
Return Authorization slip.
